See how we helped others land their dream future

“I gained guidance that encouraged me to reflect on my current situation, evaluate my career goals, and think more strategically about my next steps. I wish to have a work-life balance, so I resigned from my previous workplace. Now I have a place that I truly love. I appreciated the opportunity to look beyond my immediate responsibilities and consider how my experience and skills could support my long-term professional development.”

“Entering the workforce was more challenging than I expected. I often felt frustrated by the job search process and unsure about what I needed to do differently to improve my chances of getting hired. I reached out to Sani and she helped me take a step back, reflect on my situation, and approach my career journey more strategically. I am proud of myself and thank you ECG for your help!”

“Through personalised guidance, I was able to reflect on my professional experience, recognise my strengths, and explore how I could grow beyond my current role. What I appreciated most was the focus on building a career strategy that aligned with my long-term goals. Rather than simply focusing on my current position, ECG encouraged me to think more strategically about the skills, mindset, and professional development needed to progress from a customer service role towards managerial responsibilities.”

“Starting my professional career after graduation felt like a big step, and I wanted to make sure I was approaching the job search in the right way. ECG provided personalised guidance that helped me navigate the transition from university to my first full-time employment (I got a great salary offer, beyond what I can imagine). I received support in understanding my career direction, preparing my applications, and approaching the recruitment process with greater confidence. What stood out to me was the personalised approach. The guidance was focused on my individual circumstances, helping me understand where I stood and what actions I needed to take next.”

“As a fresh graduate, I knew that getting my first job would require more than just having a degree. I needed to understand how to position myself professionally, identify suitable opportunities, and prepare for the expectations of the workplace. I chose ECG to give me a clearer structured approach for employment. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by the process, I could focus on the steps I needed to take to move forward. I particularly valued having guidance that considered my individual background and career goals. It helped me approach the job search more intentionally and better understand how to present myself as a candidate.”

“ECG helped me look at my career from a broader, more strategic perspective. What I found valuable was the opportunity to reflect on my professional strengths, identify areas for development, and think more deliberately about the decisions that could shape my long-term career. The process encouraged me to take a more proactive role in my professional growth instead of simply waiting for the next opportunity to come along. ECG is highly recommended for you as fresh graduates!.”
